Equity Review – School Evaluation and Assessment Tools

The overrepresentation of students of color in special education is an historical issue and one many schools face. This project represents one piece of the Eau Claire Area School District’s multifaceted effort to address this problem. The District’s total plan—Coordinated Early Intervening Services (or, CEIS Plan), is comprehensive in nature and it’s strategies at addressing barriers to learning will have far-reaching, positive implications for all students.
