The ECASD Wellness Team challenges you to the Survivor Challenge!

WHO: You, your tribe (team) of four, and a creative name.

WHAT: Survivor Challenge-a fun 6-week wellness challenge that focuses on nutrition and fitness. You will work as a team to increase your fruit/vegetable consumption, water intake, and physical activity each week.

WHERE: This challenge can be carried out at work or at home.

WHEN:  January 30-March 12 (Registration begins Jan. 14th)

COST:   $2.00 per person ($8.00 per team). Prizes will be paid out using participation fee and also wellness dollars. First, second and third place team prizes will be awarded in the form of Chamber Bucks. Every participant who successfully completes all the weekly challenges and submits their final immunity sheet by the deadline will earn a special treat/gift. A Survivor Building Award, a free healthy breakfast, will also be awarded to the building with the highest percentage of "survivors."
