So which tool should be used for what purpose?

For this section the text/graphic editor was used. Simply type in what you want, upload a photo if you want, and click the update button at the bottom.

As an example, below this is the Site Map tool. It's tied to the left hand menu so as it changes this piece is updated automatically and I don't have to do anything.
