These are steps that you need to follow if you are ever asked by a Technical Support person to provide them with the header information from an e-mail that you have received in Outlook:
Outlook 2010 and 2013

Double-click on the e-mail so it opens into a window all by itself.

Select the File tab in the upper left corner.

Click the Properties Button

Click and highlight all of the information in the Internet Headers box.

Press Ctrl-c to copy the information to the clipboard.

Close the Properties window.

Click the Forward button from the ribbon at the top of the message.

Paste the Headers information into the body of the email (Ctrl-v).

Send the e-mail to the Technical Support person that requested it.
Outlook 2003
1. Double-click on the e-mail so it opens into a window all by itself.
2. Under the View Menu, select Options.
3. Click and highlight all of the information in the Internet Headers box.
4. Press Ctrl-C to copy the information to the clipboard.
5. Start a new e-mail message and paste the information you copied in step 4 into the message.
6. Send the e-mail to the Technical Support person that requested it.
