Those interested in staying in shape during the off-season and preparing for the coming Track & Field season, I urge you to take advantage of North High School's Badgerland Strength & Conditioning Program, run by Coach Whirry. The program is open Monday-Friday after school from approximately 3:00 - 4:30PM.
NOTE: All athletes interested in participating in Cross Country, please make sure you have all of your paperwork taken care of including physical and also athletic fees. Paperwork packets are available in the North High main office. If you have any questions contact either Terri Gardow or Joe Eisenhuth.
