Strength and Conditioning Class
Through this course you will have the opportunity to improve your speed, agility, quickness, explosiveness, vertical jump, flexibility, strength, and cardiovascular fitness. Your instructor will provide and quide you through the rigorous training proram in a group setting to develop the above mentioned qualities. If you want to work hard, be challenged, develop confidence, and improve your total health along with your physical and mental capabilities this is the class for you!! Open to all incoming high school students within the district. There is no deadline for registration. Attendance is optional. Session choice is optional. Walk-in registrations accepted. Attendance is not mandatory.
