Family Access is a real-time, secure internet based website used at the Secondary level. This application will allow you to view your student’s attendance, grades, schedule, assignments, and emergency information. Family Access is a free service and is available to parents with students in grades 6 - 12.

In order for you to begin using Family Access, you will need to apply for a login and password. By signing and returning this application, you are authorizing the Eau Claire Area School District to provide you with your unique login and password. As the system is tied directly to confidential data, you will need to bring the completed application (in person) and a photo ID to your child’s school to obtain your log in information. This verification process is intended to protect you and your student’s privacy.

Due to the increase of information made available to you in Family Access, account information will not be mailed home.  You will pick up a document that will contain your username and password and will look like this document.  You may stop into the main office at your school to get this information.  Alternatively, each school will be offering account information pickup times. If you have more than one child in grades 6 - 12, you will only need to go to one school to obtain your account information. Your account will give you access to all of your children’s information.

Family Access will help you stay informed about your student’s progress.  Your building and the district will also use family access as a communication tool to create a stronger relationship between parents and our school community.
