We offer a babysitting class which is an instructional one day workshop designed for young adolescents 10 to 12 years of age. Participants will be given the opportunity to become confident and capable babysitters. This program includes: baby care, personal safety, behavior management, basic first aid, ethics and much more. Completion cards will be given out to students who pass a written exam.

Cost is $10.00 (children 10-18 free when accompanied by adult). Meditation has been found to decrease stress, lower blood pressure, enhance overall feeling of well-being and increase self esteem.

The Wisconsin Early Autism Project, Inc. is a program and clinic for the treatment of children with autism based on the work of Dr. Ivar Lovass, the pioneer of an intensive behavioral approach with proven best outcomes. WEAP's treatment program takes a totally positive approach, personalizes curriculum based on each child's needs, presents new material in a fun way that's easily mastered, and keeps children happy and motivated to learn. WEAP's curriculum addresses the major deficits common in autism, such as understanding language, communicating with and relating to peers, building age appropriate play skills, and increasing conceptual thinking and cognitive skills.
