On April 5, 2011, residents of the Eau Claire Area School District (ECASD) approved Referendum Question No. 1 which addresses increasing elementary enrollments in selected areas of the school district that are causing overcrowding and will continue to address aging facilities needs that cannot be fully met by the general budget. The District greatly appreciates the support of the community to address these needs.
