Free and Reduced Information

Your child may qualify for free or reduced price meals if your household income falls within the limits listed on the Federal Income Chart. Reduced price meals are $.30 for breakfast and $.40 for lunch. 

To apply for free or reduced price meals, fill out the Free & Reduced Price School Meals Application available at all schools or the Food & Nutrition Office.  We cannot approve an application that is not complete, so be sure to fill out ALL required information.  Return the completed application to the school or the Food & Nutrition Office at 500 Main Street, Eau Claire, WI 54701.  If you have any questions or need help, please contact the Food and Nutrition Office at (715) 852-3023.
